Important Dates

Registration Fee

• Trainee

• Trainees should be member societies and under the age of 35.
• Students are included in the trainees.
• Please submit following evidence materials by email at [email protected].
  - Trainee: Copy of your passport to prove you are under the age of 35.
  - Student: Copy of your student ID or certificate of enrollment & a copy of your passport.

• APSCMI Member Society Group Discount Guideline:

• You can pre-register at a discounted rate of $360, which is 10% off the Early Bird Regular Member Registration fee if you register as a group of 10 or more people.
• To register, please fill out the Group Registration form attached below and send it to the secretariat at [email protected].
• Once the secretariat receives your form, an individual discount code will be sent to each participant's email address.
• The deadline for submitting the registration form is May 7, 2023.

Registration Procedure

Complete the registration process following the instructions below:

• Sign up. (If you don’t have an account, please sign up first.)
• Fill out the online registration form.
• Submit the online registration form and proceed with the payment. (Registration Acknowledgement will be sent at this stage.)
• Receive the notification email that confirms your registration and payment.

Payment Method

Payment for online registration is only possible by credit card.

• Once you have filled out all the required information for your online registration, please click the “payment” button – the payment page will open in a new pop-up window.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’.
• Less can be allowed to make a payment on each credit card due to the online credit card payment system.

After Making the Payment

• You can check the payment status at ‘My Page’.
• Payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ upon clearance of your payment.
  Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
  Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Confirmation of Registration

• An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration.
• Registrants can check the status of their registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging into the online registration system.
• You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
• Please note that the receipt will be available after your payment is completed.

Downloading Invoice, Receipt, Certificate of attendance

• Invoice, Receipt, Certificate of attendance can be downloaded from ‘My Page’.
• Please note that invoice and receipt will be available after your payment is completed.
• Certificate of attendance will be available for download on ‘My Page’ after congress is finished.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• To cancel the registration and request for refund, please download the below cancellation request form, fill it out, and send it to the secretariat via email before the deadline.
• Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation & refund policy.

Deadline	Refund Rate
May 17, 2023	Full refund (USD 50 deduction for administration fee)
From May 18 – June 15, 2023	50% of registration fee
After June 16, 2023	No refund

This letter is NOT a commitment of the APCCMI 2023 organizing committee to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons.
Any expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
