Oral Presentation Guidelines

- All presenters who are allotted to the oral presentation sessions should prepare their presentation materials and participate in the session on-site.
- The Best Oral Presentation Award winners will be selected based on the oral session chair evaluation on-site.
- Best Oral Presentation Awards will be awarded at Closing Ceremony on July 8 (Sat) at 15:40.

How to Prepare Presentation Materials

Language		English
Presentation Time		10 minutes
Format	Format	Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.pptx) - We highly recommend using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 365.
	Ratio	16:9
	Font	Only standard fonts of Microsoft Office PowerPoint
	Video & Audio Files	If you have videos or audio files in the presentation, it should be embedded in the presentation file. Please embed them and also bring files on USB memory stick, just in case.
	Template	The APCCMI 2023 template uploaded to the "Promotional Toolkit in Information" tab on our website. You can use this template, but it is not mandatory. [Download]
Presentation File Submission Deadline		Oral presentation session is starting 8:00 am. Therefore, note that your presentation files should be on USB memory stick and please bring to the preview room at least one day before your presentation date.

Preview Room

All presenters are requested to preview the presentation in the Preview Room one day before your presentation date to make sure all elements on the slides are appearing and working properly.
Operating Hours of Preview Room: 08:00-18:00

Equipment in the Session Room

Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
